Staff Financial Analyst

  • Position Summary
    • Responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects. Provides analytical support for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. Assists in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. Assists in financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.

  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
    • Two to three years' experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to think outside of the box and recommend improvements.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
