Operational Excellence Manager

  • Position Summary
    • Utilizes Operational Excellence tools and concepts and provides oversight of system -based projects by working with staff and teams in achieving operation improvements in areas of improving safety, quality, experience, finance and growth resulting in cost containment, revenue enhancement, patient, employee and resident satisfaction.

  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, in the field of healthcare quality, organizational psychology, performance/continuous improvement preferred; and 3 years of experience in health system operational improvement role with utilization of Lean, Six Sigma, Rapid Cycle Improvement, Team Building, Facilitation, Training, Instructional Design or other similar disciplines preferred.
    • Lean or Six Sigma Certification encouraged



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
