RN House Supervisor

SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTION:
The House Supervisor provides leadership, sound decision-making and assistance to all hospital areas to ensure smooth operations and coordination of patient care for all patient care areas for their assigned shift. This position is responsible for the management and deployment of personnel and resources and may supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Unit Secretaries, as well as ancillary staff in the absence of their manager. This position demonstrates exceptional communication skills, clinical skills and judgment in working collaboratively with the Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, Administration, Support Services, Ancillary Services, patients, family and the public to provide safe, quality patient care.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
  • ACLS certification required.
  • Extensive nursing practice experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical competency and leadership competency.

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
