Product Owner, Device Fingerprinting & Behavior Tracking

At Signifyd we're creating a new market. We're constantly improving and expanding the technology that has changed what fraud protection for e-commerce looks like. So we don't have time for office politics. We understand that different people have different work styles and we thrive on variety while learning from each other. We're all Signifyers, so we know that what needs to get done will get done. Signifyd is a place where no one is going to tell you how to do your job. If you want help, you'll get it -- from all quarters. But we pretty much figure out what needs to be done, who's in the best position to do it and then let that person roll-up her or his sleeves and have at it. We're protecting retailers from online fraud in a way that's never been done before and we could use your help if you're someone: - Who believes challenges are best overcome by thinking differently. - Who knows his or her role, but isn't confined by it. - Who's greatest satisfaction comes from helping customers succeed and achieve their dreams. - Who isn't afraid to disagree, convincingly, civilly and honestly. - Who will stop and hold the door for a colleague, even if you're running late. Oh, and a few particulars for this role: We are looking for a product owner to drive end-to-end development of Signifyd's Device Fingerprinting and Behavior Tracking infrastructure. This role requires attention to detail, technical depth, and a passion for building cool analytical tools. You will set the direction for a cross functional team of engineers and data scientists that develops Device Fingerprinting and Behavior Tracking inputs for Signifyd's machine learning models. Act as the product owner for our Device Fingerprint and Behavior Tracking platform Develop and maintain product strategy, service-level objectives, and roadmap for the platform. Gather and generate requirements for product evolution based on market analysis, end user interviews, and feedback from internal Data Scientists Represent the consumers of the platform within the agile product team to prioritize features, negotiate scope, and define acceptance criteria Demonstrate product features to internal and external audiences Develop and drive Product GTM plans Create content to support internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) Desired Skills: 3+ years of technical product management experience and a passion for building technical products, especially platforms. Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) or experience in an Engineering/Product Development role. Highly Analytical. You use data to make decisions and are comfortable gathering it yourself. Results Oriented. You can cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the teams to get solutions shipped. Solid communication and presentation skills.
