9K a year The Supervisor of Industrial Technicians recommends, designs and implements maintenance protocols to ensure industrial machinery and all equipment used in manufacturing, as well as plumbing, heating and electrical systems of all Mathews Brothers facilities, are in optimum operating order.
Essential Job Functions Determine schedule of preventive maintenance on all equipment to reduce down time, and ensure schedule is met Manage assembly and installation of new equipment Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, logs and records for all critical equipment and employees Ensure appropriate safety, regulatory and legal compliance, in concert with other Mathews Brothers staff (e.
g.
, safety officer) Schedule and manage building maintenance Ensure equipment certifications and renewals, as appropriate Assure adequate supply of spare parts for all machinery Design models for use in evaluating maintenance Recommend purchase of new and improved equipment and technology Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of manufacturing in the wake of a catastrophic event Analyze the financial impact of proposed equipment changes Work with engineering, IT and other departments as needed, to ensure efficient and effective completion of mill reorganizations and similar projects Ensure maintenance staff is adequately trained on current and new equipment Other Duties and Responsibilities Ensure parking lots, walkways, etc.
